Took a new to me road bike in for a tune up. Transparent about cost and services and very professional. Got the bike in good working order and less than 24 hr turnaround. Great experience all around.

Great people and great service! Quick turnaround (MUCH quicker than Lexington shops) and convenient downtown location that seems to always have easy to find parking available. I’ve used them several times now and have had a great experience every time. They installed my new carbon handlebar, replaced a flat on my son’s bike, and made some adjustments for my road bike to keep things operating smoothly and comfortably. They also installed the cassette on my direct drive trainer. Couldn’t be happier to have such an awesome bike shop in Georgetown!

Got my trek Checkpoint tuned up there and they did a great job! I can already tell this is going to be a great spot for the biking community here in Gtown and I can't wait until the fall gets here!

I have been biking for over 40 years, and I was a decent bike mechanic on my personal bikes until about 2000 when bikes became carbon fiber and high tech and beyond my capability to repair. . I had a shifter issue with my Specialized bike. Living in Georgetown, I was delighted to see a local bike shop ope so I wouldn’t have to drive back and forth to Lexington for repair. Duke Jay fixed the problem and tuned the bike for a reasonable charge and returned it the next day. He and his wife, Christie, are delightful people and Duke is an excellent bike mechanic. There are many bikers in Scott County, and I hope that Gtown Bikes is a successful and long-term business in this community.

I took my Lectric XP into have a repair from shipping damage. Lectric shipped the part and will reimburse us for the work. Gtown Bikes did an amazing job replacing it and a one day turnaround. Highly recommend! Thanks guys.

Holy wow! These folks are why you support small business. Steller customer service, super quick turnaround on the upgrade they did to my bike. Very friendly and cool bike shop. I will definitely be going to them for all my bycycle needs!
